  • During periods of high demand, promotions, or unforeseen logistical constraints, processing times may extend slightly. In such cases, customers will be notified via email.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear once the order has been dispatched.


Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our internal resolution policies
